It's important to note that concert ticketing is final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your visit. Entry/Exit to the cave is via 126 steps with handrails and eight landings. All are encouraged to take the steps at their own pace. There is no wheelchair access to the cave.

Online ticketing available mid-March. Alternatively, call the cave at 830.537.4212 during business hours to purchase tickets by phone. All advance tickets are "will-call" upon arrival at the concert.
