Classical Country: What’s the difference between a fiddle and a violin? The answer is: they are delightfully close especially when you hear the Axiom Quartet perform your favorite country hits at the Cave Without a Name! Country music fans will enjoy the night of their lives with Axiom Quartet’s high energy and evocative versions of your favorite hits like Old Crow Medicine Show’s “Wagon Wheel” and other songs from Merle Haggard, Darius Rucker, Bella Fleck and Dolly Parton. In addition, classical music occasionally takes its own spin on country music as we will perform folk-style-inspired classical works by composers like Mozart and Jesse Montgomery.

Axiom Quartet is known for creating and performing programs that create a fusion of Classical music and Rock, Electronic, Indie, Jazz, and Pop genres. Because of their passion for expressive music from across the Western tradition, their concerts are fresh and exciting to a wide range of audiences; they turn classical fans on to extraordinary popular music while serving as classical music advocates to contemporary music fans.

You do not want to miss it - Labor Day weekend - Sunday evening!  The Axiom String Quartet concerts garner critical acclaim and are regularly sold out.
