Reservations are requested to ensure tour availability. To make a reservation for individuals or groups, call (830) 537-4212 between 10 AM and 4 PM or contact us with your date, preferred time (10 AM, 11, 12 PM, 1, 2, 3, or 4), and number in your party. Starting the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through the Labor Day, two additional tours are available at 9 AM and 5 PM. If you come without a reservation, we will put you on the next open tour, and you may have a wait time. Online reservations are not available on our website at this time.
Please arrive about 20 minutes before your tour time to purchase your tickets for your tour.

For parents joining the school group, the price is the discounted rate of $15, plus tax made in separate payments.

A: The tour takes approximately 60 minutes, and includes six beautiful formation rooms.
Q: When are the tours?
A: Tours depart at the top of the hour (10 am, 11, 12 pm, 1, 2, 3, & 4).
Q: Does my child qualify for free admission?
A: Ages 5 and under are free with a paid adult!
Q: What's the temperature in the cave?
A: The cave temperature is 66º.
Q: Can I take pictures?
A: Pictures are encouraged.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Please arrive at the Visitors Center 15 minutes before your scheduled tour to purchase your reserved tickets.
